Martin has spanned a 30-year career with Bosch in the company’s Mobility Solutions business sector. Prior to his current role, he held sales responsibilities for Bosch in the UK, and international postings in South Korea, and China. He took over as Regional President for Bosch Powertrain Solutions in January 2016, and holds overall responsibility for engineering, manufacturing, and sales for the division in Southeast Asia. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Martin leads manufacturing activities in Bosch’s factory for engine management systems located in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Lieutenant Colonel Dr Tongkarn Kaewchalermtong serves as chairman of the Transportation and Logistics Working Group for the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations and holds the role of vice president at ITS Thailand. he has been a Vice President of Thai Intelligent Transport Systems Association (ITS Thailand), Foreign Affairs Committee of the Engineering Institute of Thailand, committee of Thai Railway Engineering Association. a lecturer at the civil engineering department of Royal Military Academy. He holds prominent positions in intelligent transport systems. He is an expert in the co-deployment of fiber-optic cables along highway and railway routes in Thailand at the Transport Division, Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). 

Xin Guan, male,  born in February 1984, started working in August 2007, and holds a bachelor's degree in Hu Nan University. He is currently the vice president of Changan Auto Southeast Asia Co., LTD.
Guan Xin has been engaged in the automobile industry for nearly 17 years. As the management of the Southeast Asia Business Unit of Changan Automobile, the first international organization of Changan integrating research, production, supply, sales and logistics, he is one of the high-calibre talents of Changan 
Automobile with comprehensive manufacturing management capabilities and rich experience in overseas market development and international team management.

Frankie Yuan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has profound foresight and extensive investment experience in the NEVs and smart car industry. Frankie Yuan worked at GAC Group for over 16 years and has been the General Manager of GAC Capital since 2019. In 2023, he joined United Nova Technology, a leading company in NEV chip manufacturing, where he is fully responsible for capital operations and investment ecosystem layout. He also serves as the Chairman of UNT Power, a United Nova Technology Holding company specializing in SiC.

Mr. Gao Feng, Director of Export Department of HBIS Limited. He has worked for HBIS DITH in Switzerland，and worked as the GM Assistant and the Head of Marketing Department of HBIS Serbia from 2017 to 2022, the management team of HBIS Serbia was awarded "Model of the Times" by the Publicity Department of CPC in 2019. He is now in charge of the implementation of the export strategy, management of export business and other related work of HBIS.

Mr. Diao Keshan, VP of Marketing Centre of HBIS Limited, Professorate Senior Engineer, Phd of Beihang University. Since 2006, he has been focusing on product development, user technology and EVI of automotive sheet and lightweight parts, and has a wealth of experience in these fields. Currently, he is mainly in charge of the marketing management of HBIS automotive sheet and the value realisation of green and low-carbon products.

Mr. Zhao received a master's degree from the University of Leeds, and a bachelor's degree from Newcastle University, UK. He currently serves as the chief representative of Thailand/Vietnam WHA Industrial Zone in China. He is mainly responsible for the promotion and investment work for manufacturing companies in Greater China to invest and build factories in Thailand and Vietnam.

As the CEO of Southeast Asia/Pacific and the President of Automotive Aftermarket for Asia-Pacific at Schaeffler, a 17B EUR global automotive and Southeast Asia/Pacific industrial supplier, Micah Shepard leads a $500M EUR business with over 2,000 employees across 10+ countries, 4 production locations, 7 distribution centers, and 3 business divisions. He has been in this role for over 6 years, and has achieved double-digit growth since 2020, despite the challenges of the pandemic and the market volatility.
Mr. Shepard's core competencies include developing and executing strategies for electric vehicles, digitalization, and sustainability, as well as managing purchasing, quality, engineering, sales and product launch functions. He is a board member of 7 legal entities. He hold an executive MBA, a certified purchasing manager, and a six sigma green belt credential. Mr. Zhao Bin joined Holley Group in 2003 which headquarter is based in Hangzhou and started overseeing the manufacture industrial investment and management in Thailand permanently since 2004. ln the year of 2005. Holley Group (China) join-ventured with Amata Group (Thailand) and developed THAI CHINESE RAYONG INDUSTRIAL ZONE, which is the proZONE is devoting for assisting Chinese enterprises expanding business firmly and unitedly and establishing overseas Chinese lndustrial Town.
From 2004, he successfully served as Finance Director in Holley Group Electric (Thailand) Co., Ltd, and Vice President in THAI-CHINESEINDUSTRIAL ZONE. Now he is holding a post as President in THAL-CHINESE RAYONG INDUSTRIAL ZONE, he is in full responsibility for the management and business operating of the company, providing strategic leadership in long-term goals, ensuring company sustainable development, etc. Professional career makes Mr. Zhao Bin profoundly experienced in Thailand investment and culture environment, Thailand-Chinese relationship, pain point for Chinese investors when they expand their business overseas, etc.

Xiaokun Fang is currently serving as the General Manager of Purchasing Center at Hozon Auto. With many years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry, he once served as Vice President of Purchasing for Qoros Automobile and Purchasing Director of Chery EXEED Platform. Besides, he also used to work as a consultant at McKinsey. CEIBS EMBA

Racket, with a Master's degree in Economics, is a senior vice president of SMM, expert of the Guangxi Qinzhou Decision-making Committee, and intermediate engineer. He has over 15 years of experience in industry research and consulting in ferrous metal products, and used to provide multi-level consulting services such as industry research, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning for major miners, smelters, and trading enterprises at home and abroad.

Eric Li is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice with a focus on the automotive and renewable energy industries. He has worked extensively with clients along the entire automotive value chain, including upstream tier one companies, OEMs, and downstream dealer groups. Eric works with clients on growth, go-to-market strategy, and turnaround strategy, as well as operations, including OEM marketing and sales excellence, digital marketing, dealer sales funnel efficiency optimization, and dealer and service performance improvement.

Prior to joining BCG, Eric worked as a project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on the automotive, industrial goods, and renewable energy industries.

Mr. Pang Jun Jie is an Executive Committee of Malaysia Zero Emission Vehicle Association (MyZEVA) since 2022, representing Gemilang International Limited, a leading bus and bus body manufacturing based in Malaysia that has exported their products to more than 15 markets around the world. 

MyZeva is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that advocates for a cleaner environment by promoting ZERO emissions in the Malaysian transportation industry through the adoption of BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles).

The mission of MyZeva is to encourage the use of BEVs to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to a sustainable transportation system through working with relevant individuals and organisations (both governmental and non-governmental) to contribute to the creation of BEV laws, policies, and/or standards.

Lars is a Partner with the Boston Consulting Group and based in Hong Kong. He specializes in Automotive and Industrial Goods and is a core member of BCG's Global Advantage Joint Venture practice, as is the topic leader for Joint Ventures and Alliances in the automotive space across Asia Pacific.
His specialty lies in the evolving transition from the ICE to NEV across the entire industry and Lars has been helping incumbent and up-and-coming players across China in this domain. 

Tony, General Manager of Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology (Thailand) Co., LTD., has over 10 years of practical experience in advanced processes, smart manufacturing equipment development, and achieving industrialization goals quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively in medium and large Li-ion battery companies. In 2024, he joined Sunwoda EVB Co., Ltd., a leading global company in the Li-ion battery field, dedicated to providing competitive, scenario-based EV battery solutions and energy storage battery cells for the new energy industry.

Krzysztof has over 10 years of management, M&A, and technology consulting experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Based in Thailand since 2016, he has helped companies navigate challenges and seize opportunities arising from emerging trends. Recently, Krzysztof has focused on enabling organizations to capitalize on opportunities related to e-mobility and digital transformation. His vision for the future is to help stakeholders better understand customers and new technologies, facilitating the transition to cleaner, quieter, and safer transportation in Southeast Asia.
