In 2024, joined Sunwoda EVB Co., Ltd., a leading global company in the Li-ion battery field, dedicated to providing competitive, scenario-based EV battery solutions and energy storage battery cells for the new energy industry.

Mr. Ma Ming currently serves as the General Manager of Joyson-TOA Safety Systems Co., Ltd., overseeing the business management and strategic development of Joyson Safety Systems (JSS) in Thailand. With 17 years of experience in the automotive components industry, Mr. Ma specializes in quality management, factory operations, and business strategy. Before his assignment in Thailand, he led the optimization of quality management and factory operations systems for JSS in China. Currently, Mr. Ma is focused on the overall business management of Joyson-TOA Safety Systems. By optimizing the local supply chain and expanding market presence, he aims to position Thailand as a hub for JSS to serve both domestic and international markets. Amid the restructuring of global supply chains, he is dedicated to enhancing localized supply chain upgrades, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with industry partners to tackle challenges and seize opportunities. Guan Xin, male,born in February 1984, started working in August 2007, and holds a bachelor's degree in Hu Nan University.He is currently the vice president of Changan Auto Southeast Asia Co., LTD. Guan Xin has been engaged in the automobile industry for nearly 17 years. As the management of the Southeast Asia Business Unit of Changan Automobile, the first international organization of Changan integrating research,production, supply,sales and logistics, he is one of the high-calibre talents of Changan Automobile with comprehensive manufacturing management capabilities and rich experience in overseas market development and international team management.

Sutheep Ratnabhas is President of Maxion Wheels’ Asia Business, leading six manufacturing plants and regional offices across China, India, Japan, and Thailand, with more than 2,500 employees. Maxion Wheels is the world’s largest wheel manufacturer, producing over 50 million wheels annually from 31 locations in 14 countries worldwide. Sutheep plays a key role in advancing the company’s Asia strategy, working with leading global and regional OEMs to address cost pressures, supply chain volatility, and tariff challenges while driving new initiatives in low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable mobility. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, he brings deep expertise in supplier competitiveness and international trade dynamics. He also serves on the Board of the Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand, helping to shape the country’s EV ecosystem and industry policy. Sutheep holds an MBA from SASIN/Kellogg/Wharton and a B.S. in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA.

Dr. Tongkarn Kaewchalermtong is a leading expert in transportation systems and logistics in ASEAN. He serves as Chairperson of the Transportation and Logistics Working Group at AFEO and President of ITS Thailand. Internationally, he is a member of the International Programme Committee for the ITS World Congress and a Board Director of the ITS Asia-Pacific Forum.
He also contributes to the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. the King’s Patronage and serves on the sustainability committee of FEIAP. Dr. Kaewchalermtong lectures in Civil Engineering at Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy and is Vice President of the Intelligent CCTV Association (iCA). He also chairs the International Cooperation Committee at the Thai Railway Engineering Association (TREA).
His leadership bridges policy, innovation, and infrastructure, driving advancements in mobility, smart cities, and cross-border cooperation.

Martin Knoss took over as Regional President for Bosch Power Solutions in January 2016, and holds overall responsibility for engineering, manufacturing, and sales for the division in Southeast Asia. 
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Martin leads manufacturing activities in Bosch’s factory for engine management systems located in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). In his capacity, Martin represents the business interests of Bosch Power Solutions in exploring future growth opportunities in the region.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Martin has spanned a 30 year career with Bosch in the company’s Mobility Solutions business sector. Prior to his current role, he held sales responsibilities for Bosch in the UK, and international postings in South Korea, and China.
Knoss holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart in Germany.

With my own patent for the acquisition and wireless transmission of sensor data, the production of battery charging systems as well as the production of the first LED street lamps, I had my own company.
When I started at Rutronik 28 years ago, I moved to the Electronic Distribution as FAE and Product Marketing 11 years ago moved to Thailand as Sales Director South East Asia and India 2018  Head of Rutronik Thailand. Due to our automotive focus, I take care since last year for our Automotive Business Unit in Thailand  to develop and support customers in e-mobility, micromobility and charging infrastructure in close cooperation with companies, universities and automotive companies from Thailand and Germany.

Soravis Sithicharoen is an accomplished business strategist specializing in EV charging infrastructure, clean energy solutions, and mobility innovations. With a strong background in market expansion, partnerships, and strategic planning, he has played a pivotal role in advancing electric mobility across Thailand, Malaysia, and the broader APAC region.

Currently serving as Head of Venture at Gentari, Soravis leads the expansion of EV charging networks, forging key partnerships with OEMs, real estate developers, and fleet operators. His previous roles at Shell and Porsche further highlight his expertise in e-mobility, where he developed strategic charging initiatives and managed large-scale electrification projects.

Beyond his work in clean energy, Soravis has an aviation background, holding a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and serving as a flight and ground instructor at Bangkok Aviation Center. His diverse expertise in both transportation and energy sectors underscores his commitment to sustainable mobility and innovation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Thammasat University, Thailand.

Bai He is the General Manager of the Aluminium Division at Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International, the headquarter of mineral resources trading of Mitsubishi Corporation, based in Singapore. She leads the commercial strategy and execution of aluminium trading across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and East Asia, overseeing physical trade flows, import/export structuring, regional pricing, and LME hedging activities. RTM International has a diversified footprint across primary ingots, billets, and alloys, serving over 200 customers across Asia. 
With over a decade of experience in base metals trading, Bai has played a central role in expanding RTM International’s regional presence—driving market entry strategies, developing structured trade solutions, and building cross-border trading operations. She has led and mentored commercial teams across Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and China, strengthening the company’s reach and reinforcing its deep integration with both local and Japanese networks. 

Mr. Chavarin Chavarangkul serves as the Head of Product – EV and Sales Director at Innopower Company Limited, an energy innovations company powered by a joint venture between 3 of Thailand’s leading energy companies: the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Ratch Group Public Company Limited (Ratch Group), and the Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO Group).
In this role, he leads the EV charging station business team, overseeing sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. His responsibilities include setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating the effectiveness of current sales programs, recommending product and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, managing sales channels, maintaining partnerships with key account dealers, and expanding the EV charging station business to achieve sales targets.
Mr. Chavarangkul is recognized as a dynamic and forward-thinking professional with a passion for innovation in the electric vehicle industry.

Dr. Uthane Supatti is the Head of the Power Electronics Applications and Energy Management (PEEM) Research Unit and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Sriracha, Kasetsart University, Thailand. He also serves as the Vice President for Academic and Human Development at the Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), a leading organization driving the adoption and advancement of electric vehicles (EVs) in Thailand.
Dr. Supatti earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, USA, in 2012. He then joined Magna E-Car Systems, a division of Magna International, a global automotive supplier specializing in automotive systems and components. At Magna, he focused on DC-DC power supply design, converter/inverter systems for EVs, battery management, and hybrid electric vehicle technologies.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Supatti specializes in:
1) Renewable Energy Systems: DC-DC power supplies, converters, and inverters for PV/wind energy systems; roof-top PV inverters; and battery charge balance systems with ultra-capacitors.
2) Advanced Power Electronics: Multilevel converter/inverter design for grid interconnection, microgrids, and motor drives.
3) Electric Vehicles: Electric Vehicle Powertrain, Hybrid EV systems, battery management (BMS), and motor drives.

As Vice President for Academic and Human Development at EVAT since 2020, Dr. Supatti plays a key role in advancing Thailand’s EV industry. He bridges academia, industry, and government to promote research, innovation, and workforce development in sustainable transportation.

An active IEEE member, Dr. Supatti has contributed to major conferences, including serving as a key committee member for ITEC Asia-Pacific 2018 and as Technical Program Chair for ICEMS2022. He also chaired the International Steering Committee for ITEC-AP2023, held in Thailand.

Currently, Mr. Pichayuth responsible for overseeing and setting the overall business direction for the OMODA, JAECOO, and CHERY brands in Thailand. He played a vital role in shaping brand communication strategies that boosted brand reach by over 200%, developing the Customer Journey framework, and introducing Mercedes-Me Connect in Thailand. Additionally, he collaborated with the R&D team in Germany to develop flex-fuel engines and spearheaded a 360-degree strategy for Mercedes-AMG, resulting in more than 200% sales growth. Mr. Diao Keshan, VP of Marketing Centre of HBIS Limited, Professorate Senior Engineer, Phd of Beihang University. Xiaokun Fang is currently serving as the General Manager of Purchasing Center at Hozon Auto. With many years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry, he once served as Vice President of Purchasing for Qoros Automobile and Purchasing Director of Chery EXEED Platform. Racket, with a Master's degree in Economics, is a senior vice president of SMM, expert of the Guangxi Qinzhou Decision-making Committee, and intermediate engineer. He has over 15 years of experience in industry research and consulting in ferrous metal products, and used to provide multi-level consulting services such as industry research, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning for major miners, smelters, and trading enterprises at home and abroad.

Mr. Pang Jun Jie is an Executive Committee of Malaysia Zero Emission Vehicle Association (MyZEVA) since 2022, representing Gemilang International Limited, a leading bus and bus body manufacturing based in Malaysia that has exported their products to more than 15 markets around the world. 

MyZeva is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that advocates for a cleaner environment by promoting ZERO emissions in the Malaysian transportation industry through the adoption of BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles).

In 2024, he joined Sunwoda EVB Co., Ltd., a leading global company in the Li-ion battery field, dedicated to providing competitive, scenario-based EV battery solutions and energy storage battery cells for the new energy industry.

Krzysztof has over 10 years of management, M&A, and technology consulting experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Based in Thailand since 2016, he has helped companies navigate challenges and seize opportunities arising from emerging trends. Recently, Krzysztof has focused on enabling organizations to capitalize on opportunities related to e-mobility and digital transformation.
